2023 Season 2 Round 4 Thunder Results
Shadow realm wins Thunder series at Nashville.
With a dark cloud of impending iRacing maintenance, the Thunder Series headed to Nashville Superspeedway. Drivers put on their best driving behaviour, as racing went green for the majority of the race.
As the finish line slowly loomed, 2 back to back cautions allowed those dark clouds to catch up. A 15 lap dash to the finish saw Dyson make it to the line first ahead of Michelmore and Neale, whilst all drivers thought they had outpaced the iRacing storm.
Alas, it wasn't to be. Whilst the replay file saved there were no results forthcoming. Even a server dive by the boffins at iRacing couldn't dive deep enough to retrieve them.
So, Round 4 of Series 2 is claimed by the shadow realm, never to be seen or spoken.lf again. No, there will be no redo - it's gone for 2023.
