Gallagher survives late race drama to win Winston 500!

It was an old school race at an old school pace, as the fastest stock cars in history took to Talladega in an aero war for the ages.

After locking out the top three spots on the grid, it was clear the Mitch Motorsport cars of Martin, Gallagher and Michelmore were trimmed out and fast, and so the race proved to be. A frantic final lap saw Gallagher and Michelmore collide, the 13 going to victory lane and the 31 recovering to second. Foster, Bowen and Otto would complete the top five.
